VibeVO data deletion instructions

DESPERADOS LIMITED, the operator of VibeVO, accepts requests to delete personal data associated with a VibeVO account or a connected Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account.

How to request deletion

  1. If desired, first disconnect VibeVO in the relevant Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp settings. This stops future access but does not by itself delete data already stored by VibeVO.
  2. Email [email protected] with the subject “VibeVO data deletion request”. State the email or phone number used for VibeVO and which connected account or channel the request concerns. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment card details.
  3. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the requester owns or controls the affected account. We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any information that must lawfully be retained.

What will be deleted

After verification, we delete or irreversibly anonymise personal profile data, connected Meta account identifiers and authorization credentials stored by VibeVO, and messages or metadata retained solely to provide the disconnected integration.

Deletion of a connected channel does not delete the person’s Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account and does not control information retained independently by Meta or another platform.

Timing and limited retention

We aim to acknowledge a complete request within 7 calendar days and complete it within 30 calendar days after identity or account-control verification.

Some accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, security or dispute records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Deleted data may remain in protected backups until those backups are overwritten through the normal retention cycle; it is not used for ordinary product operations during that period.
