Users must provide accurate information, follow applicable advertising and platform rules, and avoid fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.

Access may be limited or suspended if usage creates security risk, payment risk, or clear policy violations.

Pricing, payout terms, and service scope may vary by agreement, onboarding track, and market. Project-specific details should be confirmed in the relevant commercial documents.

Unless otherwise agreed, users remain responsible for materials, approvals, and rights needed to run their campaigns lawfully.

Features that connect Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, TikTok or another third-party platform also depend on that platform's terms, permissions, technical availability and review requirements.

Connecting a social media account is voluntary. VibeVO can be used, campaigns can be joined and payouts can be received without connecting any account.

By connecting an account a user confirms that they own it or are otherwise authorised to grant VibeVO access, and that granting that access breaches neither the rules of the platform nor the rights of a third party. They may disconnect it or revoke VibeVO access at any time, although some VibeVO features will then stop working.

We may update the service, workflows, and supporting documentation to improve reliability or respond to platform and legal changes.

If a change materially affects the operating model, we aim to communicate it through the product or direct support channels.
